SUBMIT A SEMINAR QUESTION
After listening to an audio-course, if you have a question concerning the “substantive content” email your question to: Seminarquestion@barasaconsulting.com  and your question will be answered as soon as possible. Only questions from attorneys who have completed an attestation form will be answered. 

Illinois program registrant attorneys who are unable to afford continuing legal education program course registration fees due to financial hardship may petition for registration fee waivers or discounted program fees; this applies to audio (CD/MP3) and live presentation programs. A written petition for a reduced fee shall be file at the same time the attorney pre-registers for the program (at least 10 days prior to the program; requests for tuition waivers cannot be accepted at the door) and state why the normal fee associated with the program causes the lawyer's financial hardship. The petition must be signed by the lawyer. The provider's coordinator may waive or reduce the fee for the CLE program at his or her discretion. The Reducing Attorney Stress with Dynamic-Action, One-Hour Version, is a condensed version of  the 3.0/hour "Audio Course"(NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE) therefore, a maximum of 3.00-hours total of MCLE credits can be given for both the 1.0/hrs and 3.0/hrs programs; this is applicable if you have received 3.0-hours MCLE for our 3.0-hrs course.

Fully complete the form, check box "YES" and click "Submit",  you will receive an email  "within 10 business days" which will include a "Certificate of Attendance" for MCLE credits earned by the attorney named in this form.  

Provide ALL the information requested below; including "Email address", telephone, bus-address, etc.  Please be accurate.  We will maintain the information "as submitted" in compliance with MCLE record keeping and reporting rules.
